Rooted Oak Yoga provides a gentle, supportive approach for those to engage in the benefits of practicing yoga. For those with little to no experience, to those with much, allowing guidance and trust at every stage and sequence.
Rooted Oak Yoga offers small group and private yoga sessions, as well as mindfulness practices based in peace circles and conflict resolution for small and larger groups.
I hold teaching certifications in Hatha Yoga, Children's Yoga, and Yin Yoga. I hold specialty certifications in Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga Anatomy, Yoga for Athletes, and Yoga for Social Justice.

Erin E. Robinson is the Sole Proprietor of Rooted Oak Yoga, LLC. She holds RYT100 and RYT200 and is certified with Yoga Alliance. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology and has published numerous articles and a book on social movement mobilization surrounding environmental issues; advocating for health and wellness for planet and people.
